Our teachers are the heart of our program. They bring their faith, creativity, experience and love for children into the classroom each day. What I like most about St. Paul’s Lutheran Preschool is the warm, welcoming environment and the strong sense of community. The staff works well together and truly cares about each child's growth and well-being. I enjoy watching the children learn new skills, build friendships, and gain confidence every day. This preschool provides fun, creative activities that encourage learning through play, making each day exciting and rewarding. Being part of a team that helps young children develop socially, emotionally, and academically is one of the most fulfilling parts of my job.

Working with the Toddlers shows me a brand-new world every day. Their wonder at a leaf or bubble is pure magic. Being their leader means guiding that energy with patience and play. I love watching them discover independence while they still reach for my hand. It’s exhausting, hilarious and deeply rewarding all at once.

St. Paul’s feels like a loving extension of our own families. We are dedicated and work tirelessly to make sure your children feel loved and cared for. We make it a safe place for your children to explore and take chances. We lead with love and try every day to keep your children engaged through art, music, Bible time and play. Our beautiful Outdoor Classroom allows us to work on lessons outside and get messy. We want to be part of your village and love to support our families as needed.

Being a teacher at St. Paul’s has been incredible! Being able to share God's love while supporting each child's development makes this role even better. The little ones enjoy singing our Bible songs and hearing stories from the children’s Bible. We teach about all of God’s beautiful creations throughout the day and remind the children that He made each one of them special. It’s great to be at a school that feels like family. The teachers support one another and staff become close with families through daily communication. It is a privilege and joy to be part of this amazing program.

What I love most about St. Paul’s Lutheran Preschool is that every day we have the opportunity to show Christ’s love through the way we care for children. I love that our play-based approach allows children to learn through exploration, creativity and joy. I love working at St. Paul’s because it has become my second family over the last 18 years. When my husband became ill, not only did the teachers comfort and support me, but the parents and children also prayed for me and showed me love and kindness beyond my imagination. I truly felt their love and prayers. Many days, coming to work, getting hugs from my class and hearing them laugh was the best part of my day. St. Paul’s will forever hold a special place in my heart.
