Enrollment Process

If your child’s age group is currently full, your application will place your child on our waitlist. No additional paperwork or fees are needed until a space becomes available.

If your child has not been born yet, you may still complete the application to join the waitlist. Please enter “Baby” as the first name, use the due date as the birthday and upload a document that says “coming soon” in place of the immunization record. Once your child is born, we will update the information.

Before your child begins school, families must complete and return the required state paperwork. These forms include emergency information, health history, parent rights, personal rights and emergency medical consent.

The Physician’s Report must be signed by your child’s doctor and is due within 30 days of your start date. All other required forms must be completed before your child may attend.

A copy of your child’s immunization record is required before beginning school. Immunizations must be up to date. Families may upload the record during registration, bring it to the preschool office, or email it to preschool@splsorange.org.

Immunization exemptions are only permitted through CAIR-ME.

Children in the Bungalow, under age three, will also need a Needs and Services Plan. This form is updated every three months.

Children under age one will also need an Individual Sleeping Plan, which we will provide.
